HCOMS currently offers IT support to a number of small to medium size businesses. This service provides companies that may not be able to employ a full time IT professional with access to a wide range of IT skills.

HCOMS provide IT support in Norfolk and surrounding areas. Our IT support normally consists of:

• Remote support
  If you are unable to get through immediately we will endeavour to call you back within 2 working business hours. If this is not achieved then we will provide you with another 30 minutes - free of charge.
• Telephone and email support
• Provide advice on IT equipment and software

There are a number of different IT support solutions that are available to SME's.

We at HCOMS understand that it not always financially viable to employ the services of a consultant on a day to day basis. This is why we are offering a new IT support service to our clients. This new service provides the ability for us to be on-hand via telephone or email for a set number of hours per month.

The normal contract is for 6 hours per month.

IT support from HCOMS : What’s the catch?

Within this offer telephone calls can only be made during HCOMS working hours, 9.00am to 5.00pm, and the minimum term of contract is 6 months.
