Setting up a New Email in Outlook (POP3)
Open Microsoft Outlook
Go to Tools - E-mail Accounts
Add a new e-mail account
Select POP3
Now enter all your information - this will have been provided by either your ISP or your administrator.
If your outgoing server requires authentication, then go to more settings, outgoing server and tick the box. Depending on your service provider you may need to enter a username and password.
Finished! Now just send and recieve some test e-mails to ensure everything is completely working.
If your security level is set to "high", it is unlikely that you will be able to run spreadsheets which use VB. Instead you can lower the security to Medium. If you set the security setting to Medium, every time a spreadsheet is loaded it will ask whether to enable or disable Macros.
