The shape
of the work.

Illustrative examples of the kind of work we do — representative scenarios drawn from across our sectors, not tied to a single named client. Real, named case studies, with our clients’ permission, are in preparation.

DMS · Live in production

The operations layer for a Church of England diocese.

Religious bodies · Diocesan administration

A single operations platform that replaced a stack of spreadsheets, Access databases and Outlook inboxes built up over decades. Over 25 operational areas, from safeguarding and DBS through faculty, finance and net zero, each running on its own cycle and escalation, all sat on top of the National CMS without trying to replace it.

It now runs across several UK dioceses on a monthly release cadence, with a role-scoped AI assistant available to diocesan secretaries.

How a diocesan housing portfolio recovers half an FTE’s worth of admin.

Religious bodies · Multi-site landlord

Picture a portfolio run out of one master Excel workbook (HOUSING_MASTER_v47), eleven supporting workbooks and 3,200 PDFs in a OneDrive folder. Audit prep takes a fortnight every year. Compliance visibility is a quarterly ritual.

Migrated onto a database-backed compliance platform, the re-keying, weekly reconciliation, document hunts and quarterly compliance ritual collapse to roughly 30 hours combined per year, and audit prep drops to a day.

Event Jamboree · Scout-built

A 400-attendee scout camp, run from one platform.

Scouts & youth orgs · Residential camp

Picture a district camp organiser running a camp from a wall of post-its, three Google Sheets and a paper register. Bookings sit in one place, leader rotas in another, dietary requirements somewhere else again, each held in the head of one volunteer.

The whole pipeline ported into one platform: public booking pages with capacity caps, leader records with DBS expiry tracking, activity rotas, catering numbers fed straight to the kitchen, and QR check-in on arrival — phone-friendly throughout, because most of the use happens in a field with patchy signal.

More case studies in preparation. We don’t name clients without permission, so it sometimes takes a while.
