What it does

The whole event,
from booking to debrief.

Most “event software” handles a single ticket sale and stops. Event Jamboree handles the months either side: the leader sign-ups, the activity rota, the dietary requirements, the safeguarding paperwork and the post-event reports.

Bookings & registration.

Public booking pages with capacity caps, age bands, group sizes, early-bird pricing and waiting lists. Leaders book their group; parents complete consent and medical for each young person. Payment via SagePay, Stripe or PayPal.

People & safeguarding.

Attendee, leader and helper records, with DBS expiry tracking and permits in one place. Allergies, medication, dietary needs and accessibility are surfaced to whoever needs them and hidden from those who don’t, audit-trailed throughout.

Activities, kit & transport.

Activity sessions with capacities and assigned instructors. Kit allocation. Transport plans by group, with arrival windows and pick-up points. Catering numbers feed the kitchen automatically.
